A great way to reach Italian Greyhound owners!
The Italian Greyhound Club Bulletin is a twice yearly newsletter sent out to members of the Italian Greyhound Club in June and December. The Bulletin features news on Club matters, updates on the Italian Greyhound show scene and articles contributed by Club members and guests from around the world on all kinds of Italian Greyhound related subjects.
Over 200 members receive the Bulletin and we estimate that our members collectively own over 1,000 Italian Greyhounds. Members that breed Italian Greyhounds are also critical sources of information for new owners of Italian Greyhounds who rely on them for information, including where to buy all sorts of accessories and essentials for our wonderful breed.
The Bulletin is sent out to members in hard copy and starting with the December 2011 edition it will also be emailed to members for whom we have an email address as a PDF. Three months after publication we will also publish the Bulletin on our website to make it available to the general public, further increasing the potential reach for businesses who are promoting their products to Italian greyhound owners.
In the six months from March to August 2011 inclusive, the Italian Greyhound Club website has seen an average of over 6,500 page views each month and usage of the site is increasing month on month. As we are increasingly promoting the Club and content on the website through Facebook and other channels, our visitors are not just Italian Greyhound lovers in the UK but also from around the world.
Our unique audience, with a high level of interest in merchandise and products suitable for Italian Greyhounds, makes the IG Club Bulletin a sure-fire way of reaching your target audience at very reasonable rates.
Christmas 2011 Edition
We are accepting applications for commercial advertisements in the December 2011 edition of the Bulletin now. The December 2011 edition will be presented in a brand new layout – clean, sharp and in full colour throughout.
- Creative, booking and payment to be submitted by 31 October 2011
- Proofs will be sent to advertisers for review and approval by 7 Novmeber 2011
- Final submission of approved (by Advertiser and the IG Club) creative – 18 November 2011 – no amendments will be accepted after this date.
The December Bulletin will be sent out to members in the week commencing 12 December 2011 in hard copy and made available in PDF format on the IG Club website in March 2012 at the beginning of Crufts week which is when the site traditionally receives its highest number of visitors (10,725 page views in March 2011). Any companies placing an advert in the December 2011 edition of the Bulletin will reach an even larger audience due to this increase in numbers of visitors to our website.
Options and Rates
Advertisers can either supply final creative to us or we can help with the layout which we would send to you for review and feedback, working with you until the layout is exactly how you want it.
There are two standard advertisement options within the Bulletin:
- Half A4 page advert in full colour at GBP £12.00 (members), £20.00 (non-members)
- Full A4 page advert in full colour at GBP £20.00 (members), £35 (non-members)

Payment can be made online using a credit or debit card, or by sending a cheque for the appropriate amount in GBP to the Club Treasurer. Payment details will be confirmed when a booking is made.
